By purchasing, accessing, or using any services provided by FiberX ("we", "us", "our"), you ("Customer", "Client", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use our services. By using FiberX, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and lawful.
FiberX offers:
We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activity performed under your account, and ensuring your hosted content complies with these Terms. FiberX is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
You may not use FiberX services for:
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
You agree not to exceed the allocated CPU, RAM, storage, or bandwidth limits of your plan. Excessive usage that impacts other customers may result in throttling, suspension, or required plan upgrades.
Services are provisioned automatically after payment.
FiberX does not guarantee backups unless explicitly stated in your plan. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
FiberX strives for high availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime.
Support is provided through Discord and a ticket system. We do not guarantee response times but aim to respond promptly.
FiberX may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, abuse of services, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. You may terminate your service at any time through your account dashboard.
Refunds are issued only when required by law or when FiberX determines a refund is appropriate.
We do not offer refunds for user error, misconfiguration, failure to read service descriptions, or suspensions due to ToS violations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law: FiberX is not liable for lost profits, data loss, downtime, or damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
You agree to indemnify and hold FiberX harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services.
FiberX collects and processes data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this processing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
